Hello everyone!

A couple of weeks ago, the Talleys were singing in Gordo, AL, which is about 2 hours away from where I live in Newton, MS. I had to go there (and it was well worth the trip!) since it was my last time to do something like that for a little while.

I'm 25 years old, and this Saturday, I'm traveling out of the country for the first time in my life! I'm going on a 3 week mission trip to New Zealand, and I'll be preaching in at least 3 churches there and coming back home on Christmas Day.

I'll be going three weeks without college, my cell phone, and Chick-Fil-A. I'm glad to be out of school for a while, I can even go without using the cell phone for a while, but I don't like going even 3 days without stopping by Chick-Fil-A! It'll be worth it, though, I'm sure! Anyway, I just wanted to mention the trip and ask everyone to pray for me and for the meetings.

Oh, and by the way, I hope you have a happy birthday next week Lauren! May God continue to bless you and your family as you labor in His service!

Hi hope you can get back in the area. a weekend day would be best. There are a lot of people like me that work nights and evenings and inorder to go would have to take off from work to go and that could cost as much as 120 dollars for 1 night with gas and loss of wages. For me it would have been a 100 mile round trip to go and worth it if possible.

                GOD BLESS and take care
                   Jeffrey Mears
p.S. The ending on the first note was a joke the night of the concert I had a fork lift ramp land on my hand.It is good now

No illness....the concert was canceled at the last minute due to lack of ticket sales. Hopefully we'll get back to that area in the future.

Melanie,
We are praying for your mom's healing. I know it can be very hard to wait for results, but I am praying for peace for your whole family. God has not changed. He is in every detail of your situation. May God bless you.

I would like to ask prayer for my mom today. The doctors have found a cyst on one of her ovaries and are very concerned. She has had all the cancer blood work done and is going in for a scan today. She will probably not know the results for at least another week or so. Our family is praying and we know God can heal her if there is anything wrong and give her and us the comfort that is needed; but i am just anxious to know something and trying not to think the worst. I would appreciate all of your prayers as my family waits to hear from all the tests..THANKS SO MUCH! God Bless!

Dear Struggling, Just want you to know I read your posting & have prayed & will continue to pray for you. II Corinthians 4:8 & 9 reads: We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed. With this in mind hold on to the promises that although troubles (depression, struggles, temptation etc)come our way we are overcomers thru the Lord Jesus.

Hang in there
Ed

I could use prayer right now. I recently moved out of state back to where I had been living a couple of years ago. I am staying with relatives until I get a full time job, but am having trouble finding one. I also have to deal with homosexual struggles/desires, and coupled with the job situation, I am very discouraged and depressed. If anyone has a minute to pray for me, I'd appreciate it.
