Debra,
This retreat sounded so good, so promising, that my wife Margaret and I, signed up right away. Our extra-mile spots are locked in for Saturday, and our $69 room is already reserved for both nights. We are looking forward to seeing all of you again, meeting other Talley fans, and growing in the Lord.
6 months ago, i would NEVER have even considered attending an event like this. but since discovering your family and music on YouTube, then attending Talley concerts on back-to-back weekends in Nov. of ‘09; i am ~ hooked on a feeling ~ The crowning moment came when my eternal life with Christ was sealed after you lead me thru “the sinner’s prayer” in Defiance, Ohio. Debra, thank you so much for all your forms of testimony that night: musical, speaking, and silent as well ~
Well, we can’t wait for this big event to unfold. Till then, may God richly bless your family, and may He lead you to do many great things for Him in Pigeon Forge.
Your friend, Mike (the Ohio guy with the platinum-blonde hair)

Reply to Benjamin MolnarHey. Since this is a really BIG event……why can’t you guys record it?
Reply to RJ HendersonFrom what I gather I take it this is the only Extra Mile event that you’re planning, or is that something that you’re playing by ear? If there is a good turnout maybe you might want to think about doing a few more even though it’s really thinking far ahead and you haven’t done the first event yet. It sounds like there are a lot of people that would love to attend, but might not be able to get away or travel that far.
