In the Studio: God Bless America (song 4)

The Talley Trio will be doing some events later this year for which they want a patriotic song or two in their repertoire. Here they work out and record a medley of “God Bless America” and “America the Beautiful.”

Wow Lauren – that was absolutely beautiful. We sure do need God’s blessing on America now as we are a nation in crisis. We need revival in this country and fast before we lose what this nation has stood for since the beginning of this country. Beautiful job singing and those high notes are totally awesome!

  I’m an early bird! What can I say? Life on the road would kill me! But I am so glad there are night owls who can go out on the road and sing the Gospel, and I can stay home and work on websites at 6:14 AM if I want to!

Thanks for including that song on your next recording. I couldn’t agree more with you Roger. America needs to get back to its original source of strength as the founding fathers of this country knew. When I saw that sweet tea, it reminded me of Lauren saying once in a concert I attended that she had to have her McDonald’s sweet tea. Great job on the song and music as well.
